Kasia is a lawyer at Olschewski Davie. She was called to the bar in in 2020 and practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and wills and estates. Kasia was born and raised in Winnipeg and received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Manitoba. Currently, she is a part-time student in the joint Master of Public Administration program through the University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg.
Kasia has training in mediation and arbitration and received her Qualified Arbitrator designation in 2017. She is a volunteer mediator with Mediation Services and a facilitator for sport disputes through the Sport Law Connect Program in Manitoba. In 2021, Kasia was selected to participate in the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada’s inaugural Women in Arbitration Mentorship Program.
