Katherine is an Asper MBA student at the University of Manitoba. She is studying Leadership & Organization with a Sustainability focus. In addition to her studies, she is working as an Employment Counsellor at the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development. In 2015, she completed the Art & Science of Coaching Program at Erickson International. Katherine believes that coaching can have a transformative effect in any workplace to set the foundation for healthier communication and strategic planning.
