Nicole is a Chartered mediator with ADRIM and has been a practicing mediator since 2010. Her background includes working with youth at risk, families, group facilitation, victim-offender mediation, workplace, and community conflicts.She is currently a workplace mediator in the federal sector and has a private practice in family mediation.

Her passion in this work comes from helping others to work through their conflicts and creating space to learn new skills through the process which provides lasting impacts in future relationships.
