ADRIM has four membership categories: Full Member, Corporate Member, Retired Practitioner Member and Student Member. The membership year is January 1st to December 31st.
Becoming A Member
Full Membership
A Full Member resides in Manitoba or practices ADR in Manitoba and is entitled to all the rights, privileges and services of ADRIM including the right to hold office and to vote. Only Full Members are also members of the national organization, ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC), and have access to discounted professional liability insurance and ADR Connect.
ADR Connect is a fully searchable database of ADR practitioners which ADRIC uses to appoint members to rosters and which the public uses to find practitioners. A link to ADR Connect can be found on our homepage.
Corporate Membership
A Manitoba corporation, firm, company, organization, not-for-profit, or government department that supports, encourages, accesses or delivers ADR services, and has a commitment toward demonstrating leadership in ADR in Manitoba, may become a Corporate Member. The corporation will purchase 4 or more Full Memberships on behalf of persons within its organization, staff, board, volunteers or team. The corporation will then receive 25% off the cost of those 4 memberships. The persons upon whose behalf the memberships were purchased are entitled to all the rights, privileges and services of ADRIM, including the right to hold office and to vote, and those persons will also be members of the national organization, ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC). The corporation/organization may also describe itself as a member of ADRIM.
