Dr. Jennifer L. Schulz, BA, LLB, MPhil, SJD, CMed has 30 years of mediation experience in business, insurance, interpersonal, sport, and community disputes. She is a law professor specializing in mediation at the Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba, and a Fellow of the Winkler Institute for Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto. She has been a visiting mediation scholar at Harvard, U of T, UBC, Cambridge, and London universities, and she has presented on mediation across North America and Europe. Jennifer won the Lionel J. McGowan Regional Award of Excellence in Dispute Resolution in 2015 for her outstanding contribution to the support and development of alternative dispute resolution in the province of Manitoba.
